Simplicity 4836 Vintage Sewing Pattern 1960's - Boys jacket, vest and pants.  Pants have zipper fly front, elastic at back waistband and optional pockets, belt carriers or suspenders that cross in back and button in front.  Vest has welt trim, front button closing & is lined or faced to edge.  Lined jacket has long set-in sleeves with button trim, pockets and front button closing.
